Management Trainee Programme

As an outstanding individual with a strong academic and leadership track record, you may be looking for an excellent opportunity to get a career headstart with Xinfei.

In our ongoing effort to nurture young talents, we have a Management Trainee programme to prepare talented young graduates for future leadership positions through a series of attachments in various departments to enable them to have a good understanding of our operations. Besides local tertiary scholarships for promising young talents, there is an internship programme for interested students to take up a short stint with our company.

Under the mentorship and guidance of our experienced officers, you will take on challenging and varied projects in one of our key Divisions. Besides developing valuable working skills, you can look forward to gaining first-hand knowledge of Xinfei and the manufacturing industry. You will also have opportunities to interact with members of our Senior Management team.
Corporate Social Responsibilities

As part of our corporate social responsibilities, we provide 30 scholarships annually to top students in Xi'an Jiao Tong University and 20 bursaries annually to top students in Zhengzhou University. We had donated 1 million RMB to build 1000 water cellars in villages at Shanxi, Hebei, Sichuan and Yunan. We also donated computers to primary schools in rural areas.

We are also the strategic partner of Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE). It is a global non-profit organisation operating on 2,200 university campuses in over 40 countries that helps university students to develop outreach programmes that bring economic benefits to their communities.
